Port Nelson Sea Swims, Race 12, January 23, 2020

Exciting swim over 1500m. A lead bunch of three trundled around the course together, with Luke Kelly having a body length on the others at the final mark. However, Bendi Kepess (left in photo above) put on an astonishing sprint over the last 30m to take it by a fingernail with Oxford Bayley in third. Hayden Squance took fourth, followed closely by Abbey Smale, then Terry Bone, Nic Hall, Sierra Thomas and Hamish Neill.
