9:15 am Check-In opens
9:45 am Check-In closes and Race briefing begins (ALL RACERS MUST ATTEND)
10:00 am Race starts
Your entry fee goes to aid sufferers of prostate cancer. You can raise further funds by asking friends and family for support. Print the donation form here. All donations can be handed into the club and will pass on all donations to the charity.

No club or student discounts are available for this event.
Please register online before the morning of the race!

Given the nature of the event and the challenges of tide and wave conditions, it is important that all athletes feel comfortable and confident swimming 500m front crawl, whilst making significant forward progress at all times. Adherence to this requirement will be at the sole discretion of the race director.
Please note – that due to the current water temp wetsuits will be compulsory.
