Rylock Series, Race 14, February 13, 2025

Interesting course of about 1300m.

Lucas Bell made his usual supercharged sprint from the start, shadowed by Terry Bone all the way. At the finish, Lucas had another sprint up his sleeve and was able to hold on for a winning margin of three seconds.

The field spread out behind the two leaders, With Ben Marshall in third, followed by Eddie Swain, Finn Bryant, Jodie Laing, Jasper Sneddon and then the first woman, Nia Linyard.

Keshia Linyard, Christina Harris, and Catherine Taylor were closely packed for the next women’s spots.

The short course was as close as it could get, with Phoebe Diamond, Billie Maskell, Sara Wyatt and Roger Matheson finishing within five seconds of each other.

Here’s the results.
