Choose from short or long course options in either Multisport or Road Duathlon. Race solo or enter as a team — there’s an option for everyone.
CHOOSE YOUR CHALLENGE
- LONG MULTISPORT: Kayak 6 km • Bike 20 km • Run 4.4 km
- SHORT MULTISPORT: Kayak 3 km • Bike 10 km • Run 2.2 km
- LONG DUATHLON: Run 4.4 km • Bike 20 km • Run 4.4 km
- SHORT DUATHLON: Run 2.2 km • Bike 10 km • Run 2.2 km
RACE DAY
Location: Transition area opposite Greenslade Park, Rabbit Island
- 10:00 am — Check‑in opens
- 10:45 am — Check‑in closes & Race Briefing begins
- All competitors must attend the race briefing.
- 11:00 am — Race Start
Following the race, competitors are invited to a free barbecue. A short spot‑prize prizegiving will also be held.

ENTRY FEES
- Adult / Team — $20 Standard online entry.
- Nelson Tri Club Member — $16 20% club discount. Current club membership required.
- School Student (U18) — $10 50% student discount.
- Pay at Event — $20 Pay cash on race day. No discounts apply.

Race-day entries will incur a 50% surcharge and no discounts apply.
