The Nelson Triathlon & Multisport Club is proud to offer Competition Support Grants to help members pursue racing opportunities beyond the Nelson region and internationally. These grants reflect our commitment to supporting athletes who represent our club and community.
Application Process
- Open to all current financial members.
- Limited to one application per member per 12‑month period.
- Each grant is capped at up to $500 per application.
- Applications must be submitted during one of the quarterly open periods:
- 1 November – 31 January
- 1 February – 30 April
- 1 May – 31 July
- 1 August – 31 October
Qualifying Criteria
Applications will be assessed against (but not limited to):
- Number of years as a financial club member.
- Active participation in club events.
- Contribution as a volunteer (member or family).
- Whether the applicant has received a grant in the past 12 months.
Accountability
Successful applicants must complete an Individual Accountability Form within 12 months of receiving a grant.
