Application Process
- Open to all current financial members.
- Limited to one application per member per 12‑month period.
- Each grant is capped at up to $500 per application.
- Applications must be submitted during one of the quarterly open periods:
- 1 November – 31 January
- 1 February – 30 April
- 1 May – 31 July
- 1 August – 31 October
Qualifying Criteria
Applications will be assessed against (but not limited to):
- Number of years as a financial club member.
- Active participation in club events.
- Contribution as a volunteer (member or family).
- Whether the applicant has received a grant in the past 12 months.
Accountability
Successful applicants must complete an Individual Accountability Form within 12 months of receiving a grant.
