Interesting course, weaving in and out of the boats, and a surprising current on the leg towards the dolphin.
Both races were dominated by fast young swimmers, Lucas Bell in the long course and Phoebe Diamond in the short.
Lucas was a clear winner by 22 seconds from Terry Bone, with Ben Marshall a similar distance further back.
Phoebe plays a cunning game, only winning by as much as she needs to, but always in control. She led Billie Maskell to the finish in the short race by a second, with Roger Matheson a further ten seconds back.
