Nice calm night for a longer swim. For the first time in their head-to-head races this season, Harrison Dean edged out Hayden Squance, winning by three seconds. Terry Bone was a minute back, with a further minute to Hamish Neill.
Emily Chadderton and Lilly Claridge were close behind, with Keshia Linyard the third woman, finishing 13th overall.
Nia Linyard resumed her dominance of the short race, winning in a sprint finish from Jacob Seipp, then Charlotte Taylor and Keisha Old.
