Blue September Swim – Race Report

Race 1 Results – Multisport Triathlon & Mountain Bike Duathlon
Our spring series kicked off on Sunday 7th September with 30 athletes taking part. It was a sunny but windy morning, and competitors gave it their all across triathlon and duathlon events. The Nelson Tri Club season got underway on Sunday 17th August with the first-ever Fulton Hogan Road Bike Duathlon at Rabbit and Rough Islands. In perfect racing conditions, 51 competitors tackled the mix of trail running and smooth road cycling, with strong performances across both the short and long courses.
